*Babeve Hair and **Babeve Virgin Hair Have two(2) Separate Return and Refund Policies.

* We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

Not the style you were looking for and wanted to exchange to something else? No problem! Just send it back to us!

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.

All clearance products including special listings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

**This section applies ONLY to Non-Babeve Branded Hair Products:

  1. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept an return of a unused product within 7 days. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
  2. We will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
  3. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
  4. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
  5. We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
